LetterStorm is an independent word puzzle game (Bundle ID: com.hillaryino.letterstorm). We are a solo independent developer committed to making fun, clean, private games.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We collect zero personal information. No account, no email, no tracking — ever.

• No names, emails, or contact info
• No location or GPS data
• No device IDs or advertising IDs
• No photos, camera, or microphone access
• No financial or payment info
• No health or biometric data
• No cross-app tracking

3. Local Data Only

Your game progress is saved only on your device using local storage:

• Coin balance and stars
• Level completion and scores
• Sound/music preferences

4. Internet Permission

Internet permission is declared as a standard Flutter requirement but is not used to transmit any data. The game works fully offline.

5. Third-Party Services

LetterStorm contains no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, crash tools, or trackers of any kind.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Since we collect no data from anyone, LetterStorm is fully safe for children under 13 and complies with COPPA and equivalent regulations worldwide.

7. GDPR

We collect no personal data, so there is nothing to transfer. LetterStorm complies with GDPR by design.

8. Deleting Your Data

Uninstall the app to delete all local game data. No request to us is needed.

9. Policy Updates

If we update this policy, we'll note it in the app store update notes. Continued use means acceptance.
